  20. I network them with Enlan-DFS, load the scene from one hd (3D: assign to 
  21. "server"). In the case of two machines I render one from 1=>middle, step1 
  22. and the other from end=>middle step -1.

  24. When I had a partnership with 5 machines, we would start the scenes 
  25. staggered and render 1=>end step 5, 2=>end step 5 etc. No special tools 
  26. involved.

  28. It's a pain if all your machines render at different speeds though, and 
  29. we'd have to start the faster ones over. Not the most elegant way.

  31. PowerMacros includes a batch render macro, but now that I'm down to two 
  32. Amigas I've never needed to use it. There is a spendy solution from Alan 
  33. "Enlan" Brooks that (I think) monitors the progress of all the machines 
  34. and distributes the scene accordingly.
